Please note, this is a size guide. All breasts are different as well as each users coverage / shaping preferences. MPP is SO versatile , and can be styled to work with your breast shape and size. If the pear shape is too large, simply trim down, if you need extra coverage and support, simply trim an additional pear up the center, and use as support pieces, or pair with the VaVaVoom Strips.
