Shipping & Returns
All orders are prepared and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Couriers are continuing to experience delays and we're currently unable to guarantee any shipping timelines. However, unexpected delays can happen. We are not responsible for delays in transit time. In the event of a lost package, we will send a replacement package 7 business days after marked delivery date. We do not offer refunds on delayed or lost packages.
We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. We are happy to accept returns on all unopened and unused breast tape products. Return costs and shipping fees will be covered by the customer. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, refunds will be for the product cost only. Bodysuits, lingerie, shape-wear, earrings, & intimates are final sale. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number for proof of purchase.
